Food Production Workers

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Food Process Worker for immediate start with an award winning confectionery company based in Ballarat, VIC. These roles offer casual opportunities across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

Key Duties Include:

• Working on fast-paced production lines
• Hand packing confectionery products
• Labelling and quality checking finished goods
• Assisting in general food production processes
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards

About You:

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work across day, afternoon shifts with optional night shift
